# Como generar el reporte de ventas en JRestaurante

#### 1. Ingresar al módulo de Administración

* Desde la pantalla principal, haz clic en el botón **“Administración”** que se encuentra en el menú lateral izquierdo.

#### 2. Acceder a la sección de Reportes

* Dentro del panel de administración, selecciona el ícono llamado **“REPORTES”**.

#### 3. Establecer el rango de fechas

* Aparecerá una ventana titulada **“Fechas para Generar Reportes”**.
* Define el **inicio** (1) y el **fin** (2) del período que deseas analizar.

#### 4. Elegir tipo de reporte (EXCEL)

* En la sección inferior, selecciona la opción **“Reporte de Ventas”** que se encuentra bajo la categoría **EXCEL**.

#### 5. Guardar archivo

* Ya teniendo seleccionado en tipo de archivo y el reporte que se hará, haz clic en donde dice Generar Reporte

Luego se abrirá una ventana para guardar el archivo, ahi vas a seleccionar:

* (1) Selecciona la carpeta donde se guardará.
* (2) Escribe un **nombre para el archivo**, por ejemplo: ¨ejemplo¨

#### 6. Confirmar guardado

* Haz clic en el botón **“Guardar”** para confirmar.

#### 7. Verificar el archivo generado

* Ya despues de darle a guardar se deberia de abrir Excel mostrando el reporte con el rango selecionado.
* En su defecto ve a la carpeta que seleccionaste y abre el archivo generado (ejemplo.xls) para visualizar el reporte de ventas.

Y asi de facil creas un reporte de ventas en JRestaurantes.
